Shame prevents us from being who we really are. If we are hiding our true selves in order to please the society then we should revisit our way of living.
Shame prevents us from truly connecting with the society. People who shame others are evil and people who become victims are cowards.
I am not saying that people shouldn’t respond to shame… I am just saying that people should recognize its futility. When we become free of shame then we can be able to connect truly with others.
