ADDIS ABABA – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, accompanied by Oromia State Vice President Shimeles Abdissa, SNNPR State President Million Matiwos and Minister of Peace, Muferiat Kamil, visited Guji and Gedeo community members that recently returned to west Guji Zone.
Speaking to the communities, Premier Dr. Abiy encouraged them to strengthen their unity while the government continues to fill identified gaps, the Office of the Prime Minister disclosed. The delegation led by the Prime Minister also provided the community with building materials for reconstruction of their homes.
In a gesture of good wishes for the two communities, Prime Minister Abiy planted seedlings. Their representatives expressed the unity of the two communities and shared the material needs they currently have.
