Honorary book highlighting Ethiopia’s unity to see light of day

A book encompassing a wide spectrum of messages revolving around love, unity, elderly blessings, prayers, best wishes, reconciliation, harmony, and other top issues embracing messages of Ethiopians will see the light of day in the near future.

Ethiopia has been fighting with a range of challenges following the reforms taking place in the length and breadth of the country. Aside from losing the country’s cherished culture of living in harmony with the different Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples of Ethiopia, the situation of the country is getting into murky waters and backing itself into the corner. However, the book is expected to return the former grace of Ethiopia in addition to preaching love and harmony.

The book entitled Metsehafe Ethiopia will be authored by the people of Ethiopia and any other peace-loving person, says Addis Abebayehu, founding member and Chairperson of Kibre Ethiopia Voluntary Association.

The Association is coordinating the preparation of the book, Addis told The Ethiopian Herald.

He said: “We are going to publish a book incorporating core assets Ethiopians are known for given that it is expected to yield the former charm of the country beyond a shadow of a doubt. Furthermore, the book showers the general public with pieces of advice to give the cold shoulder for fabricated stories that pours cold water on the ongoing reforms.”

He stressed that people regardless of age, sex, political affiliation, and other related aspects can express their feelings, ideas, and thoughts on local and foreign languages so that they can pass down their messages from generation to generation. Besides, apart from smoothing the progress of the renaissance of Ethiopia, the book will teach a lesson in forgiveness, love, and whatnot.

He further stressed that the association managed to collect various write-ups in four exhibitions at various times. In the program, a lot of Ethiopians and foreigners were able to pour their feelings, ideas, and thoughts down.

He elucidated that quite a lot of Ethiopians were able to participate in the program organized on the African Union premises and express their innermost feelings. Besides, a lot of Ethiopians had participated in the program hosted by the Addis Ababa City Administration Culture and Tourism Bureau by the catchphrase “Our culture for peace and unity.”

“In the next program, officials, famous people, religious leaders, foreigners, and Africans from different countries will take part,” he wrapped up.
