Clearly, this world is full of many incredible circumstances. She holds both who are grateful for what they have and who complains. But the point is mother earth is level for all but the point is how to use the opportunities on the ground.
Most people scapegoat others for their failures, while some are using every good opportunity to change their lives. Life teaches a lot like happiness, joy and tragedies.
The name of those people who proved successful wasn’t built overnight. Their perseverance is what is credited for their success. A single deed will lead one to a glorious ending or tragedy. The stories of successful people we are hearing of do not start from where they are today. What makes it great is not their current level but the way they passes through.
In this story we have come up with a youngster who paved his avenue to accomplishment. He goes by Yohannes Abebe.He is a model and promoter, and business man.
Yohannes was born in Addis Ababa. As many young Ethiopians he graduated from Addis Ababa University. It was Biology he studied. Though there was a chance to get a job in his field of specialization he decided to try new job of his own to lead his life.
While at Addis Ababa University, he used to frequent gym. As such, he developed a muscular body and attractive physical appearance. Due to that, his friends and other people convinced him to try modeling. Since then, Yohannes has developed the passion for modeling.
According to Yohannes, remaining someone’s or some organization’s employee wasn’t his plan. Following the advices of his friends, he took modeling courses. Then, he participated in and organized a lot of fashion shows and advertisements.
Aside from the modeling work Yohannes has been importing different cloth and other electronic equipment from China, Turkey, and Bangkok. He is passionate and young. As to him, every youngster should think in a way of creating owns jobs. Stereotype mentality does not lead to the birth of dreams and their realization, added Yohannes.
As to Yohannes success is not something that you will achieve overnight. It needs passion, interest and commitment. In addition to being successful and rendering your life easier, convincing your mind is the primary thing to accomplish whatever you wish to attain in your life. There is a saying that “More gold had been mined from the mind than the earth itself”. If you use your mind properly it is more than everything, it depends on the situation.
Currently, everything is there for anyone. It is up to him/her to use it for good or bad ends. Always there is a choice and one has to choose. Now, the modeling industry is developing with the growing number of designers in the country. If there is a designer, there will be models who can easily advertise the designer’s products.
Modeling must not be seen from the beauty context, it has things to do with promoting one’s culture and country all over the world.
Ethiopia is a land of opportunities, if we are committed to change our life and develop the country there are lot of things to be done out there. We have to go out to change the situation added Yohannes.
Besides his modeling and advertisement work Yohannes has a plan to join the film industry down the road. As to him, no individual should put his/her hope in narrow confines. We should go beyond the limit. Daily we have to think of how we are going to change our life. We couldn’t benefit from wasting our time, stressed Yohannes.
