ADDIS ABABA (FBC) –The Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MoSHE) launched a five-year draft strategic plan.
This was announced at the second conference of the advisory council of the MoSHE which was kicked off here yesterday.
Participants and stakeholders have been discussing on the plan drafted to fill the gaps existed in higher education and technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
The Ministry introduced the plan to participants in order to enrich it with new ideas. They recommended the strategic plan to give space for the use of indigenous knowledge, system of accountability, and filling gabs between demand for and supply of graduates in the labor market.
