Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed congratulates General Abdel-Fattah Burhan who was sworn in as leader of the 11-member Sovereign Council. He also shares his message of congratulations to Mr. Abdalla Hamdok who was appointed as Prime Minister, following the August 17th signing of the final transition agreement. It is to recalled that Ethiopia played a key role in mediating Sudanese conflicts.
