ADDIS ABABA- The Government of China has granted yesterday medical equipment and pharmaceuticals worth 2.5 million Birr to Tirunesh Beijing General Hospital.
The country has dispatched the 21st China-aid Medical Team members aimed at improving medical skills, medical training and medical care of the Hospital.
The services is said to last for a year. Minister Counselor for Economic Commercial Affairs of the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia Liu Yu said the two countries relations have been improving Ethiopia’s public health sector.
Also, Tirunesh Bejing Hospital CEO Dr. Jibril Abase explained that the equipment and pharmaceuticals will help strengthen treatments such as trauma, maternal and child health as well as pathology.
