–Ambassador Seid presents credentials

ADDIS ABABA- The recently-appointed Ethiopian Ambassador to Kuwait Seid Muhammad expressed his government’s firm interest to boost its relations with the Gulf country in social, economic and political spheres.
The ambassador made the above remark while presenting his letter of his letter of credence to Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah recently.
Ambassador Seid told the FM that it is the interest of Ethiopia to the take its historical relations with Kuwait into new heights and to expand the cooperation in new frontiers. The parties also agreed to work to together to furthering the two countries collaboration in issues of mutual benefits and open a new chapter in the Ethiopia-Kuwait ties.
The FM promised that the government of Kuwait will extend the necessary support to the ambassador during his tenure.
Ambassador Seid on his part stated that he will work to further strengthen the multi-sectoral relation of the countries in his stay in Kuwait.
According to the information obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ambassador delivered the message Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Affairs Demeke Mekonnen sent to his Kuwaiti counterpart.
