Ethiopian premier Dr. Abiy Ahmed, Sudanese President Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir and Djiboutian President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh inaugurated the Jimma Industrial Park as Jimma medical center found in the Oromia state yesterday.
The industrial park was constructed on 1.5 million square meters land. It was built focusing on manufacturing textile and agro processing sectors and other related aspects.
On the occasion the Ethiopian premier congratulated Jimma University medical students’ graduates. He said, “Ethiopia will not move backward. In addition he showered them with pieces of advice to be the main actors of unity and reform.
The medical center was built to serve not only Ethiopians but also neighboring countries in the horn like South Sudan.
