In a bid to reinvigorate intraregional tourism at the time where COVID-19 has depressingly affected the sector, Ethiopia and Djibouti are undertaking Ethio-Djibouti Forum from Feb. 11-13, 2021 in Addis Ababa.
As part of the three days forum, the business-to-business session is underway at one of the best coffee processing factories dubbed: Hadero in Addis.
A delegation comprised of more than 21 relevant people from Djibouti Tourism,
Tour Operators’ Association, and Hotel Owners as well as scores of Ethiopian counterparts have commenced this session aiming at creating special regional packages.
More than five tour operators from both sides have signed agreements to establish joint packages and partnerships.
The delegation from Djibouti is expected to visit Entoto Park on the 3rd day of the Forum.
