Operation showcases clear distinction b/n junta, Tigray people

The recently accomplished law enforcement operation has vividly distinguished the TPLF crime-soaked junta and the peace-loving people of Tigray, Prosperity Party Youth League said.

Prosperity Party Youth League, Vice President, Aklilu Tadesse, told The Ethiopian Herald that at the eve of its demise, TPLF junta had tried its level best to attract international attention and mislead the people of Tigray concerning the Ethiopian National Defense Forces’ (ENDF) rule of law enforcement operation.

However, its attempts have totally failed when its inhumane acts have been exposed and defeated by the joint efforts of Ethiopians.

“TPLF junta had left no stone unturned to misinform the people of Tigray via fabricating false information regarding the operation as if the war was waged against the people of Tigray, but the people turned deaf ears to the junta’s futile propaganda and have stood by the ENDF.”

Like any terrorist organizations, the TPLF junta has been melt out from Tigray, he said, adding : “ It is a great relief for the Tigray people who had been in the agony.”

Regarding yesterday’s discussion with the Tigriyan youth living in the metropolis, Aklilu said the event has key role in identifying gaps and attracting active participation of the youth.

“Such kind of dialogue won’t be confined to Addis Ababa. It will be held in various parts of the country through exposing the true nature of TPLF junta to nurture brotherly relations among Ethiopians.”

TPLF junta had been using coercive means to suppress the youth in Tigray State. This has caused a moral damage on the youth. This should be fixed through discussions and dialogues. Efforts are under way to fix what is already broken in collaboration with the interim government of Tigray State.

Yared Tefera, is among the participants from Bole Sub City. According to him, the rule of law operation which was taken against TPLF junta has brought peace and stability to Tigray people in particular and that of Ethiopians in general. The government should further strength its effort towards rehabilitating the state.

Service giving organizations have already started their operation. This is a good indication that the government is committed towards bringing the affected areas of Tigray state into life again.

The youth should be committed enough towards bringing sustainable peace in the state engaging in developmental activities. They should not be an instrument to anti-peace elements, he said.
