Infrastructure reconstruction, education centers rebuilding for buttressing development in Tigray

 As the law enforcement operations that had been carried out in Tigray State is over, rebuilding infrastructures-bridges and roads- is underway with a view to resuming public services in the State thereby promoting development and prosperity in the Tigray State.

The Ministry by allocating 50 million Birr, it is working to mend infrastructures that had been damaged by the irresponsible junta What is more, with the aim to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, over 700,000 face masks have been prepared to be distributed to schools located in the State.

The Ministry is rigorously executing activities in collaboration with pertinent stakeholders and concerned bodies working in the education sector to well foster the teaching learning process.

According to Million Mathewos, Education State Minister, the resources allocated could help schools mending infrastructures and mobilize communities to let students and teachers come to school.

He further noted that everyone must be thoroughly educated or at least obtain basic education at elementary level to contribute their share to the effort geared towards nation building. Obviously, through proper education, common goals and visions of nation can be properly met and the required mental setup needs to be inculcated in the adherences of students.

The Ministry is in charge of developing human power as it is essentially duty bound to come up with technological advancement, produce a sizable amount of professionals, researchers and academicians to propel growth and prosperity of the nation thereby it could be globally competent.

According to the State Minister, since the law enforcement operations is over, students should properly attend schooling and be equipped with the required knowledge and skills as they are precious posterity to take over the nation with its future.
