After the final whistle is blown what if you hear a coach claiming his team, which lost a match, will score a goal soon or have got a penalty shot? Worse still, what do you feel if you hear him giving a press statement that he had won the match?
The same is true with the TPLF junta. Even if they had suffered a crushing blow at the hands of the Ethiopian National Defense Forces, junta officials are barefacedly claiming they have reoccupied strategic places from which they were dislodged. They were insisting they had held famous generals captives on top of some killed. They still claim the war is not over.
After the last nail is hit on their coffin and after disarrayed they shamelessly utter it is for strategic reason they are retreating.
They may delude the credulous. But slowly but surely things will become crystal clear.
Commenting on this revolting lies one General said “Junta officials will not stop lying even after kicking the bucket!”
What is surprising is that there are some international media outlets and political analysts that deliberately side the junta, which is subject to moral decadence.
It is heartening to note here that Ethiopia’s diplomatic mission to drag into light the Junta’s true nature and Ethiopia’s precautionary measure to maintain law and order has turned out a hit.
