Ethiopia is a showcase of a lot of natural and human made wealth. Among this is found its amazing clothing culture. Diversity in its costumes is ascribable to the broad spectrum of Nations, Nationalities and Peoples it boasts.
Since the very outset of Ethiopian history, citizens have been making their own cloths. Now the task has turned a lucrative investment venture for local and also for international investors.
Furthermore, as lots of foreigners are heard claiming, Ethiopian women and men cut a nice posture when seen putting on their traditional clothes. They appear fantastic.
Specially, the former costumes were meant for special occasions. As such they were not fit for day to day activities.
Hence, the old designs are ceding place to modern and eye catching ones.
Not only Ethiopians, lots of foreigners drop at souvenir shops to buy such costumes to add hues to their beauty.
