Ethiopian athletes shine in world competitions

 Nine male and 12 female Ethiopian athletes who took part in major international competition over the weekend won spectacular victories particularly in registered victories in Xiamen marathon (China). In competions held elsewhere in Mexico, Turkey and Spain both in male and female international completions have also secured victories. The medals secured by Ethiopian female athletes in Xiamen marathon was in particular spectacular said the Ethiopian Athletics Federation yesterday in its official website.

The federation citing African Athletics United released the leading results over the weekend as follow:
