The third Ethiopia and Uganda joint ministerial commission which had been undertaking for three days in Kampala was concluded through signing various bilateral agreements, the Minsitry of Foreign Affairs disclosed.
The Ethiopian ministerial delegation which comprises Foreign Minister, Gedu Andargachew, Defense Minister, Lemma Megersa and Water and Energy Minister, Seleshi Bekele have conferred with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to discuss on ways of enhancing the historic bilateral relations of the two countries.
The two sides have agreed on extraditing criminals, on permitting passport holders to enter one’s territory without visa requirements and strengthening cooperation between judiciaries of both countries. They have also discussed on bolstering political, economic, defense, peace and security affairs between the two sides.
