Do you know the feeling
That breaks the bottom of your heart
Do you hear the words
That comes out of the song
Do you think it’s easy
To fall in love with me
To start a new story
Do you think there’s a chance
That you could be with me
Have you ever thought about it
And I want you to remember me
No matter what happens after this
That’s why I wrote this poem for you
To express my feelings to you
And to show you how much I love you.
