ADDIS ABABA – Berhanena Selam Printing Technology College yesterday graduated some 37 students in the fields of printing and graphic art for the second round.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Berhanena Selam printing technology College Director Mesfin Kassa said that the college has been striving to solve skilled human power gaps in the printing technology sector on its journey. Providing effective training is the main purpose of the college to boost productivity, transfer technology, and knowledge, and the like to solve the wide gap of the sector nationwide.
As to him, the college has been providing various short-term training since 2015 as it has given the green light to Addis Ababa TEVT. The college has obtained a license from Federal TEVT in 2018 and gives printing and graphic art from level I to level III, short period training in printing technology, graphic and design art, seating price, and Silk Screen as well as consultancy service for universities, organization, and the like.
“We have provided training for foreign citizens in the field of graphics and design art, printing technology, printing and seating price, and silkscreen, 1598, 184, 128, and 18 respectively” The college also graduated 150 in printing technology, 140 in graphics and design art, 64 in basic computer training, 11 in printing, and price seating, and 5 in level I to level III in its institution employees so far.
For his part, BerhanenaSelam Deputy CEO Getahun Negash said that the main purpose of the college is the main purpose of the college is producing skilled human power in the field and easing the foreign crutch. The college has been offering free training for various institutions, and provides technical and material support in a bid to solve the wide gap in the printing technology sector across the country.
