ADDIS ABABA – The body of the Late Amb. Kassa Kebede (PhD) was laid to rest yesterday at Holy Trinity Cathedral in Addis Ababa.
High-level government officials including Amb. Mehreteab Mulugeta, Chief of Cabinet of the Office of the Foreign Minister, and other representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia have attended the funeral, it was reported.
Earlier the Ministry indicated that the late Kassa had served his country assuming various positions, including being an ambassador of Ethiopia in Geneva (during the socialist era).
