ADDIS ABABA – UN Human Rights Official in South Sudan Yishak Kassa made a messenger call to terrorist TPLF news outlet-TMH journalist Stalin Teklu in the middle of a live show and such reckless act has confirmed reports about impartiality of some UN officers.
A report presented in local media said that concerted efforts have been made by TPLF associates and their allies in the UN to convince ethnic Tigray soldiers that were part of the UN peacekeeping force in Abiye refused to return home. It is known that the tenure of the soldiers that were deployed in Abiye, an oil-rich state contested between Sudan and South Sudan, has ended.
Despite the mounting pressure, a majority of ethnic Tigray soldiers have returned home and the remaining 65 personnel are currently stationed in the Upper Nile region of Sudan without any support from perpetrators of the plot, it was stated.
Last Monday, this high-ranking UN humanitarian official made a call to Stalin, an ardent TPLF supporter and notorious for repeatedly insulting and demonizing ethnic Amharas and calling out supporters to overthrow the legitimate Ethiopian Government. The incoming call with the official’s full name was displayed in the live video footage Stalin prepared for his trademark lies.
The UN is supposed to be non-partisan organization based on the principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality and independence. Accordingly, Yishak’s connection with TMH shows he doesn’t meet any of those UN’s principles and put the integrity of the organization in serious doubt, the media report argued.
By the same token, some TPLF sympathizer UNOCHA officials frequently come to Addis Ababa to exchange views with leaders of the criminal faction and serve them as spy agents against the Ethiopian government. Putting their entrusted responsibility of serving humanity without fear or favor aside, those officials have been hugely engaged in TPLF’s resurrection, it was learnt.
