“We lied, we cheated, we stole,” former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo quoted as saying. He served as director of the CIA during the presidency of Donald Trump. It looks like that he epitomized with the phrases how people execute destructive missions at CIA. The audience’s laughter on April 15, 2019 at Texas A&M University where he unmasked how they “work” was just because they considered it a jock. But millions out there are stained in tears due to the bad consequences of the “lie”, “cheating” and “stealing”.
Pompeo revealed that the agency trains employees to “lie, cheat and steal—the trios are patterns shared among most western powers.
Due to these bad practices, millions are still being robbed of their hope, and are thrown into the abyss of despair.
What had been those things lied, cheated and stolen? Of course, this can be a question that should be researched and addressed properly. But a few of the matters that were presented to the international community based on lies and some of the things that are still being lied can give as more room to fathom the matter.
The possession of weapons of mass destruction was a pretext to invade Iraq; many say the real reason behind this lie is to put the country’s oil to their use or to be direct it was to steal that country’s dear wealth. And no substantial evidence was found to validate the case; the Bush administration used it to make a strong case to besiege that country. The use of chemical weapons against civilians in Syria is also the most disputed allegation. The western powers and their well-funded organizations spread what they call reports that cannot be credible in any way.
These powers and their organizations that are masked behind “human rights”, pretend to be the custodians of human rights. While in fact they are messing up the lives of millions of lives or make innocent people lives hell on earth.
Yes, in fact they lie, cheat and steal. Countries that are on the track to prosperity are put on their list of enemies. They see with green eye socio-economic and political developments other than those that get their consent. Getting their consent means you never make poverty history, but you keep on focusing on little things, break your back with debt burdens, get instructed what to do with dollars that trickled from them. If you are defiant, then they attack with lies. The western lie factory manufacture and pack lie after lie to cripple those countries that register positive achievement.
Take for instance China; the country has already made poverty a history. It has now become a profound international growth and development partner. But recently, the west is unfairly trying to put pressure on account of the coronavirus pandemic. The crux of the matter, to this writer’s knowledge, is not the issue of the origin of the virus.
Ok, let say this is the case. There are some important issues that must be addressed. In the first place, can cheaters come up with credible reports if they are given the opportunity to investigate the origins of the virus?
The second issue is that China itself has joined hands with the international community in tracing the origins of the virus which it believes is very important in precluding future pandemics. The Embassy of People’s Republic of China in its press statement later in March 2021 indicated: “China will maintain close communication and cooperation with WHO, and China hopes relevant parties will also work with the WHO on this front in an open and transparent way, make more contributions to fighting the pandemic and building a global community of health for all.”
From January 14 to February 10 this year, through friendly consultation between China and the WHO, 17 international experts formed a joint expert team with Chinese experts, and conducted a 28-day joint research on the origins of SARS-CoV-2, it further said.
And the joint expert team’s conclusion goes: “The joint expert team believes the SARS-CoV-2 virus is “most likely” to be introduced through an intermediary host species, “likely” to be introduced through direct transmission or cold-chain food, and “extremely unlikely” to be introduced through a laboratory incident.”
As President Xi Jinping had emphasized on May 21, 2021 at the Global Health Summit via video conference solidarity do the tricks to do away with the virus and its ramifications. Anything other than this would end up in devastating humanity. He had this to say: “Political manipulation would not serve COVID-19 response on the domestic front. It would only disrupt international cooperation against the virus and bring greater harm to people around the world.”
Of course China has offered supports to developing countries to fight with the virus, including to Ethiopia which further cemented the two countries’ ties. Other countries should follow suit. Particularly African countries have barely got the vaccine, and humanity can be protected from the pandemic, only when all are protected. The other most important thing is that the intellectual property rights. In this front as well, China has already shown a gesture of support to a possible waiver. The World Trade Organization and other international institutions should make decisions sooner than later, therefore.
But the western elements are just politicizing science and knowledge to meet their narrow ends.
Zhao Lijian, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Information Department, had this to say when asked by CCTV about this, of course, he referred to the U.S. while addressing the question on June 17, 2021.“Some people in the US talk about facts when what is really on their mind is political manipulation.”
He lambasted the U.S. saying: “What they did is a total disrespectful of the spirit of science and research.”
His well-articulated arguments were never-ending there. He challenged particularly the U.S. on its shaky stance in tracing the origin of the virus.
China takes the origin-tracing work seriously with a responsible attitude, and has made positive contributions that are widely recognized, he said, adding that if the US side truly demands a completely transparent investigation, it should follow China’s lead to invite the WHO experts to the US, open Fort Detrick and bio-labs overseas to the rest of the world, and disclose the detailed data and information on the unexplained outbreaks of respiratory disease in northern Virginia in July, 2019 and the EVALI outbreak in Wisconsin.
Facts must not be denied. And politicizing science is a very catastrophic weapon to humanity.
The lie factory is also coming up with products to attack Ethiopia.
Some U.S. and other western power officials have given blind eye and deaf ear to the massacre the TPLF terrorist group inflected on innocent lives, they as well ignored the fact that the group callously attacked the national defense forces in their sleep, and the havoc the thug planted against Ethiopians.
When these individuals and groups in the west find out that the current administration’s focus is sowing the seeds of prosperity and restoring national pride, they pulled their long knives and started attacking Ethiopia. But tribute the multipolar world and the hard- working people across the new growth regions, bad decisions against countries are hard to be passed. Countries like China vetoed the destructive proposals time and again.
The hard fact is: The damaging global order would no longer be the same. And humanity has now got a strong shield as a multi-polar world is a reality now.
