ADDIS ABABA – Harnessing African countries own capabilities helps mitigate foreign interference that has been affecting the development of countries of Africa.
The remark was made by Crisantos Obama Ondo, who is Ambassador and Plenipotentiary of Equatorial Guinea to Ethiopia and representative of the Permanent Mission to the African Union and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa.
In an exclusive interview with The Ethiopian Herald, the Ambassador said foreign interference has negatively affected the capabilities and conditions of sovereign and independent African countries.
The Ambassador who described the President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea as a pan-Africanist leader said harnessing African countries capabilities is always top on the agenda of President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo. (See page 6-7)
