أديس أبابا”العلم” تم جمع أكثر من 82 ألفًا و400 طن من حبوب البن هذا العام. وأوضح مسؤول الشاي والتوابل أن هناك خطة لتصدير 67 ألفاً و348 طناً من البن إلى السوق المركزي.

وصرح السيد أسرات مكوريا، مدير عام هيئة الشاي والبهارات في الإقليم لـمؤسسة الصحافة الإثيوبية  أنه في موسم الإنتاج 2016، تم جمع أكثر من 82 ألفًا و400 طن من حبوب البن وإدخالها في صناعات تجهيز البن ومن المخطط جمع 106 ألف طن من حبوب البن خلال موسم الإنتاج، وقد تم جمع أكثر من 82 ألف 400 طن من حبوب البن حتى الآن. وقال إنه تم الانتهاء من عملية التجميع إلا في بعض المناطق وستبدأ عملية جمع البن الجاف اعتبارا من يناير المقبل.

وبحسب المدير العام فمن المخطط تصدير 67 ألفاً و348 طناً إلى السوق المركزي هذا العام. ولم يتم هذا العام الانتهاء من أعمال غسل وتمحيص البن المحصود، وتم حتى الآن تصدير18 ألف 180 طناً من البن إلى السوق المركزي.

و يذكر أنه يتم في المنطقة تحضير البن لمغسولة وغير المغسولة  وقال إن هناك إجمالي 249 صناعة لتجهيز البن  المغسولة في الإقليم أكمل الـ 216 تحضيرهم الأولي وتوجهوا إلى مهمة غسل البن . وقال إن معظمهاعلى وشك الانتهاء من أعمال الغسيل.

وقال السيد أسرات مكوريا إن هناك استعداداتهم الأولية، وسيبدأون في القطع في يناير. وذكر أن هناك 560 ألف هكتار من مزارع البن في الالإقليم موزعة على أربعة أنواع من عملية إنتاج البن: الغابات، وشبه الغابات، وإنتاج البن المزارعين، وإنتاج البن في الفناء الخلفي.

وفي هذا الصدد قال السيد أسرات إنه يجري العمل على توسيع مزارع البن. وعلى صعيد تحضير الشتلة فقد تم تجهيز أكثر من 75 مليون شتلة منها تلك التي تم تجهيزها هذا العام وتلك المتبقية من العام الماضي. وقال إنهم سيصلون للزراعة في الفترة من أبريل إلى يوليو. وقال المدير العام إنه بالإضافة إلى تحسين صنف البن المزمع زراعته بالإقليم  فإن سيداما؛ ويتم زراعته في المناطق الوسطى والجنوبية من إثيوبيا.

وأخيرا، من أجل زيادة الإنتاجية، تتم عملية صنع سماد حبوب البن. وأوضح أنهم يعملون مع سلطات البن  والشاي لحل المشاكل التي يواجهها السوق.
