تكريم  لللاثيوبيين والافارقة معا !!

منح ميدالية “أغريكولا” من منظمة الأغذية والزراعة “الفاو”، لرئيس الوزراء الدكتور  آبي أحمد يوم الجمعة  الاسبق بترحيب داخلي ومن قبل عدة شخصيات وأطراف دولية رأت أن ما قام به رئيس الوزراء الاثيوبي آبي من إصلاحات ومجهودات في القطاع الزراعي وواصلت مساعي الاكتفاء الذاتي من القمح مما يمثل نموًا كبيرًا ، تبرر اختياره لنيل ميدالية  “أغريكولا”  .

وليس هذه هي الجائزة الاولي بل فاز رئيس الوزراء الإثيوبي آبي أحمد، ، بجائزة نوبل للسلام لعام 2019،.وقالت لجنة نوبل النرويجية في أوسلو أن أحمد فاز بالجائزة تقديرا لجهوده الرامية إلى تحقيق السلام والتعاون الدولي وخاصة مبادرته لحل النزاع الحدودي مع الجارة إريتريا.

فقد أكدت إثيوبيا أنها “فخورة كأمة” بنيل رئيس وزرائها ميدالية “أغريكولا” من منظمة الأغذية والزراعة “الفاو”، وأعرب رئيس الوزراء، في تغريدة على منصة “إكس” عن امتنانه لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة (الفاو) لمنحها ميدالية “أغريكولا” تقديرًا للجهود المبذولة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي. وقال ‘إن تركيزنا على المحاصيل الصناعية ذات القيمة العالية يحقق نتائج واعدة، ونحن ملتزمون بمسار السيادة الغذائية”.

وكان قد حصل رئيس الوزراء أبي أحمد، يوم الأحد الماضي ، على ميدالية “أغريكولا” من منظمة الأغذية والزراعة “الفاو”، في الحفل الذي أقيم بالعاصمة الايطالية روما، تقديرًا لرؤيته القيادية والتزامه بالأمن الغذائي، وجهوده في إيجاد حلول مبتكرة لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي من القمح.

على مدار السنوات الخمس الماضية، قامت إثيوبيا باستثمارات مهمة في القطاع الزراعي وواصلت مساعي الاكتفاء الذاتي من القمح مما يمثل نموًا كبيرًا عبر السلع الرئيسية.

بعد أن كانت إثيوبيا تسعى لجعل محصول القمح مشروعا إستراتيجيا للاكتفاء الذاتي، أعلنت أديس أبابا مؤخرا استعدادها لتصدير القمح؛ في خطوة عدّتها تحولا وفرصة كبيرة للبلاد من أجل إعادة بناء صورتها من دولة مستوردة إلى مصدرة.

ويرتكز اقتصاد إثيوبيا على الزراعة التي تسهم في أكثر من نصف الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وتحديدا بنسبة 60% من الصادرات، ويعمل 80% من معدل إجمالي العمالة في البلاد في هذا القطاع.

وترمي مبادرة الدكتور آبي أحمد للاكتفاء الذاتي من المحاصيل الغذائية، بما فيها القمح ومشروعات الدواجن واللحوم والخضروات والتصنيع الزراعي، ضمن خطة لتحويل الاقتصاد الزراعي إلى صناعي بحلول عام 2025 عبر بناء 23 منطقة صناعية، تم الانتهاء من تشييد 13 منطقة منها في مختلف أقاليم البلاد.

وتعود بداية مشروع القمح في إثيوبيا إلى الاجتماع الاستشاري الذي عقد في أبريل/نيسان 2019 حول دور العلماء في تعزيز التحول الزراعي في البلاد، الذي أعلن خلاله توطين القمح وإستراتيجية الاكتفاء الذاتي في غضون 4 سنوات، وذلك عبر تحديث النظام الزراعي وزيادة الإنتاج من خلال توظيف التكنولوجيا، بهدف إيقاف استيراد القمح.

وأعرب رئيس الوزراء، في كلمته، عن امتنانه لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة، لاعترافها بالجهود الدؤوبة التي بذلتها إثيوبيا على مدى الخمس سنوات الماضية في معالجة قضايا الأمن الغذائي والتغذية ، وأكد التزام إثيوبيا بتحقيق ليس فقط أهداف القضاء على الجوع، ولكن أيضًا تحقيق السيادة الغذائية وتعزيز الرخاء الوطني.

وأشار أبي أحمد إلى أن إثيوبيا، باعتبارها بلاد الوفرة، تتمتع بموارد طبيعية وفيرة، ومناخ ملائم، وسكان شباب نشيطين، مؤكدا على أهمية التآزر بين هذه العوامل لتعزيز تسارع تنمية هذه البلاد ذات التاريخ العريق.

وأوضح رئيس الوزراء أنهم قاموا، قبل خمس سنوات، بإدخال نقطة تحول حاسمة في السياسات، مما أدى إلى إنشاء أجندة الإصلاح الاقتصادي الوطنية المحلية. ومن خلال هذه الأجندة، تم تحديد الزراعة والصناعات التحويلية والسياحة والتعدين وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات كركائز اقتصادية رئيسية ومحركات للنمو.

وقالت رئيسة لجنة نوبل للسلام النروجية، بيريت رايس اندرسن أن الجائزة تهدف أيضا إلى “الاعتراف بكل الأطراف الفاعلين الذين يعملون من أجل السلام والمصالحة في إثيوبيا ومنطقتي شرق وشمال شرق إفريقيا”.

وقالت إن “السلام لا ينبع من أعمال طرف واحد. عندما مد رئيس الوزراء أبيي يده، قبلها الرئيس أفورقي وساهم في بناء عملية السلام بين البلدين.

في تلك الفترة قال وزير الخارجية الألماني هايكو ماس التهنئة إلى أبي أحمد: “شجاعته وبعد نظره مثال وقدوة تتجاوز أفريقيا”. وذكر ماس أن أحمد مهد خلال فترة قصيرة للغاية الطريق لتطورات لم يعتبرها أحد ممكنة، وأضاف: “إثيوبيا وجيرانها يمكنها بالتأكيد مواصلة طريقها بدعم من ألمانيا”.

ومنذ عام 2018، أجرت إثيوبيا العديد من الإصلاحات في مجال مناخ الاستثمار في مجالات مختلفة بما في ذلك تحرير القطاع والقوانين واللوائح مع الجهود المبذولة لجعل إثيوبيا مواتية ومتقبلة للشراكة والاستثمارات،خاصة الاستثمارات العربية في المستقبل القريب .

وتتحرك حكومة إثيوبيا لدعم مزارعيها، فيما أعلنت جاهزيتها لتصدير القمح المحلي هذا العام إلى كينيا وجنوب السودان وجيبوتي.. فيما توفر التجربة، بالتوسع في زراعة القمح، ملايين الدولارات، التي كان يهدرها الاستيراد، خاصة مع تفاقم أزمة القمح عالميا بعد حرب روسيا-أوكرانيا، أكثر منتجي القمح في العالم.

مما لا شك فيه أن تطوير مجال زراعة القمح طريقة رائعة للنجاح حيث نقلت إثيوبيا إلى مرحلة جديدة وليس هذا فحسب بل إن التزام رئيس الوزراء الدكتور أبي أحمد بتطوير زراعة القمح والعمل الجاد في هذا القطاع قد صنع تاريخًا جديدًا ليس في اثيوبيا فحسب بل في القارة الافريقية من اجل تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي .

وجاء هذا التكريم تقديرًا لرؤيته القيادية والتزامه بالأمن الغذائي، بالإضافة إلى جهوده المستمرة في البحث عن حلول مبتكرة لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي في إنتاج القمح  .
