البصمة الخضراء مبادرة نموذجية يمكن أن تتبعها الدول الأفريقية

تعتبر حماية البيئة هي مركز التنمية الاقتصادية و بالنظر إلى أن لديها ميزة متعددة الأوجه، تقوم الحكومة الإثيوبية بمهام مختلفة فيما يتعلق بالبصمة الخضراء.

ومن جهة أخرى، يمكن تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي من خلال مجموعة من الأنشطة الاقتصادية وباختيار أنشطة معينة، ويمكن فصل النمو الاقتصادي عن الضرر البيئي.

ومن اجل مكافحة تغير المناخ الذي يمثل تهديدًا للعالم ككل، استثمرت إثيوبيا في حملة الإرث الأخضر وغرست 25 مليار شتلة على مدار السنوات الأربع الماضية متجاوزة الهدف البالغ 20 مليار شتلة.

و على الرغم من أن لها حدودها الخاصة من حيث الرعاية والحماية، إلا أن هذه الخطوة نفسها كان لها تأثير أكبر على عقلية المجتمع ككل. وبدون المبالغة أصبحت حماية البيئة وغرس الأشجار الآن جزءًا من ثقافة المجتمع.

كما دعا رئيس الوزراء أبي أحمد، إلى كتابة التاريخ من خلال زراعة 500 مليون شتلة على المستوى الوطني، في يوم واحد، بتاريخ 17 يوليو المقبل.

و في رسالة نشرها رئيس الوزراء أبي أحمد عبر حساباته بمواقع التواصل الإجتماعي، قال فيها أن مبادرة البصمة الخضراء تعني الكثير لإثيوبيا، حيث تساهم في زيادة الإنتاجية الزراعية للبلاد، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق الأمن الغذائي.

وذكر أبي، أن المبادرة تسعى لطي الصفحات المأسوية من فصول تاريخ الجفاف والمجاعات في البلاد، وإلى جعل إثيوبيا الخضراء الخصبة حقيقة.

ولتحقيق ذلك، وجه رئيس الوزراء دعوة لجميع الإثيوبيين، إلى المساهمة في زرع 500 مليون شتلة في يوم 17 يوليو المقبل، وكتابة التاريخ معا.

ودعا رئيس الوزراء المواطنين الأجانب المقيمين في إثيوبيا، والسفارات، وموظفي المنظمات الدولية، والأجانب الذين قدموا إلى إثيوبيا لأسباب مختلفة إلى وضع بصمتهم الخضراء في يوم 17 يوليو.

ومن ناحية اخري أعلنت وزارة الزراعة أنه تم تجهيز أكثر من 361.415 هكتارا من الأراضي لزراعة 500 مليون شتلة في يوم واحد .

ويدرك الآن كل مجتمع جيدًا الفوائد التي لا حصر لها للتنمية الخضراء. ونتيجة لذلك، تبلغ نسبة تغطية الغابات في البلاد أكثر من 17٪. و لا يعتبر ذلك ظاهرة بسيطة للبلاد ، حيث كانت تغطيتها الحرجية أقل من 3٪ في العقود الماضية.

ومن اجل انجاح مبادرة البصمة الخضراء فإن قيادة الدولة- بدءًا من رئيس الوزراء أبي أحمد إلى التسلسل الهرمي الحكومي الآخر إلى أسفل السلم، أظهرت التزامًا سياسيًا لإعادة تأهيل الأراضي المتدهورة واستعادة الغابات من خلال حملة الإرث الأخضر وغرس الأشجار على نطاق واسع.

ويعد مشروع الارث الأخضر أحد المبادرات الرئيسية لرئيس الوزراء أبي أحمد. ويهدف إلى الحد من تدهور الأراضي مع تعزيز السياحة البيئية ومكافحة تغير المناخ.

 كما أن موظفو الخدمة المدنية الإثيوبية، صغارًا وكبارًا، بمن فيهم الأطفال، يشاركون بحماس في حملة الإرث الأخضر لإثيوبيا من خلال التعبئة العامة المتفانية.

وأن غرس الأشجار يعطي إنتعاشا في الحياة. ولا شك أن إفريقيا قد تأثرت بشدة بتغير المناخ والجفاف والتصحر وإزالة الغابات. وهذا النوع من مبادرات الإرث الأخضر هو موضوع مهم للغاية للقرن الأفريقي.

ومن الضروري أن تحذو البلدان الأفريقية الأخرى حذو إثيوبيا في التخفيف من الآثار الناجمة عن تغير المناخ. وتستعد البلاد الآن لغرس أكثر من 6.5 مليار شتلة في موسم الأمطار الإثيوبي الحالي وبالتالي، يجب على الدول الأفريقية الأخرى الانضمام إلى الأنشطة ولعب دورها في التخفيف من تغير المناخ.

وإثيوبيا ملتزمة وثابتة في التعاون مع البلدان المجاورة نحو حملة الإرث الأخضر في النظر إلى الأنواع الصديقة للبيئة، وكذلك في تبادل أفضل الممارسات، في مثل هذه التعبئة العامة وتنفيذ المشاريع الضخمة، نتيجة لعلاقتها التاريخية والمتشابكة العميقة مع الدول المجاورة.

كما تؤكد إثيوبيا على أهمية تعزيز مبادرة الإرث الأخضر من خلال تبادل الخبرات مع باقي الدول الافريقية.

وقد تجاوزت إثيوبيا عما كان متوقعًا وقدمت شتلات الأشجار إلى البلدان المجاورة. وبصرف النظر عن ذلك، فقد تم الإرسال أيضًا متطوعين من الشباب إلى بلدان أفريقية مختلفة بهدف تعزيز الإرث الأخضر.

وإذا لم تدعم البلدان الأفريقية مبادرة الإرث الأخضر الإثيوبية، فلن يكون لجهود إثيوبيا وحدها تأثير كبير على تغير المناخ وتخفيف إزالة الغابات.

وتعد حملة الإرث الأخضر مبادرة نموذجية يمكن أن تتبعها دول أفريقية أخرى وهناك حاجة لتعزيز أنشطة تنمية الغابات مثل حملة الإرث الأخضر الإثيوبية للتخفيف من حدة المشكلة في القارة الأفريقية، حيث تعاني أفريقيا من حالات الجفاف المتكررة بسبب تغير المناخ.

وتخطط اثيوبيا لزراعة 500 مليون شتلة على المستوى الوطني، في يوم واحد وقد تم تحديد 9500 موقع لزراعة 500 مليون شتلة في 17 يوليو 2023.

وتمت زراعة حوالي 25 مليار شتلة خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية في إطار جعل الإرث الأخضر تقليدا. ونتيجة لذلك، تتغير بيئة إثيوبيا، ويتقلص تآكل التربة وبسبب حملة المساحات الخضراء، يتحسن هطول الأمطار، وتتم حماية الأنهار، وتغطي المدن بالخضرة ومن المقرر أيضًا أن تغرس خطة المبادرة 6.5 مليار شتلة في العام الحالي.

ومن المتوقع أن يشارك في الحدث أكثر من 25 مليون شخص من اجل إنجاح  حملة الإرث الأخضر التي ستعمل على تعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني للبلاد.
