تنظيم  الخدمات للحجاج بيت الحرام بالنسبة الاثيوبيين في هذه السنة

إحتفال المسلمين في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها بحلول  عيد الأضحى المبارك ، وتتميز تلك المناسبة  في العادة  بمظاهر دينية  واحتفالية كاقامة صلاة  العيد وتوزيع الأضاحي على الفقراءوالمساكين ،فضلاعن التجمعات وتبادل الزيارات الاسرية ، وهو شعار من شعائر الإسلام العظيم  نتذكّر فيها توحيد الله ونعمته علينا وطاعة أبينا إبراهيم لربه وهو خير وبركة وكان لا بدّ للمسلم أن يهتم بأمرها ويعظّم شأنها وفيما يلي ملخص لأحكام الأضحية وعيد الأضحى، وحول هذا أجرى مندوب صحيفة العلم مع الشيخ سلطان أمان رئيس مجلس الأعلى للشؤون  الإسلامية  في أديس أبابا  وجاء الحوار كالتالي:

العلم : ماهي أهمية  الإحتفال بعيد الأضحى المبارك ومالذي ينبغي أن يعمل المسلمون  خلال الإحتفال بعيد الأضحى المبارك ؟

وفي هذا الصدد قال الشيخ سلطان  أمان إننا  نحتفل بحلول عيد الأضحى المبارك لعام 1444هـ وهوأحد الأعياد التي  يحتفل المسلمون في العالم وهومن أحد العيدين وهوعيد الأضحى المبارك  وعيد الفطر المبارك وهويأتي  بعدأداء فريضة الحج الأن الحج  هومن أحد أركان الإسلام وهوشعار من شعار الدين الإسلامي (عيد  الأضحي )يصلى  فيه المسلمون جميعا وهم يخرجون لإظهار شعيرة الإسلام  كل من  الأطفال والعجائز والنساء والرجال إلى الصحراء وذلك إظهارا لشعيرة  الإسلام ،وأما تسميته بعيد الأضحى لأن فيه تذبح الأضحية ،وترجع  قصة تسمية بعيد الأضحى بهذا الاسم لأن هذا اليوم يقوم فيه المسلمون بذبح الأضحية، أوالأضحية هي كسنة يحيون بها ذكرى قصة سيدنا إبراهيم وابنه إسماعيل – عليهما السلام ـ عندما تقدم سيدنا إبراهيم على ذبح ابنه إسماعيل ففداه الله تعالى بكبش عظيم ذبحه في هذا اليوم.

 العلم : متى شرعت الأضحية وهل هي واجبة أم السنة ؟

وأما مشروعيتها  كانت في السنة الثانية من الهجرة النبوية وهي سنة مؤكدة  عند بعض العلماء وبعض العلماء ذهب أمثال  مذهب أبي حنيفة  بأنها واجبة  والدليل على ذلك  قوله تعالى (فصل لربك وانحر الخ)وبعض العلماء  أمثال إمام الشافعي  وغيرهم بأنها سنة مؤكدة قاله الجمهور وهو مذهب الشافعي ومالك وأحمد في المشهور عنهما لكن صرح كثير من أرباب هذا القول بأن تركها للقادر يُكره واستدل أصحاب هذا القول بما يلي:
– حديث جابر رضي الله عنه في سنن أبي داود حيث قال: صليت مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عيد الأضحى فلما انصرف أتى بكبشين فذبحه الخ الحديث .: بسم الله والله أكبر، اللهم هذا عني وعمن لم يضح من امتي.
فسر العلماء (فصل لربك)هوصلاة عيد الأضحى المبارك .وأما (وانحر ) فسر العلماء ذبح الأضحية  بقوله تعالى (والبدن جعلناها  لكم من شعائرالله) أي اعلاما لدين الله  تعالى ،وأماحديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم من حديث عائشة  يقول الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ما من عمل ابن آدم  يوم النحر عملا أحب  إلى الله تعالى  من اراقة  الدم يوم عيد الأضحى  من ذبح الأضحية فهذان الدليلان من الكتاب والسنة .

العلم:ما هي الحكمة من تشريعها ؟

ذكر الشيخ سلطان أن الحكمة من مشروعيتها هي شكرا لله على نعمه المتعددة  وعلى بقاء الإنسان  من عام إلى عام وهوالشكرعلى هذاوأنه أيضا فضل عظيم وبقول الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم(من حج فلم يرفث ولم يفسق رجع  من ذنوبه  كيوم ولدته أمه ).الحج عرفة وهو يوم التاسع والنحر يوم العاشر بأن الحجاج يذبحون شكرا لله تعالى  لنعمة  التوفيق لأداء الفريضة وأيضا الآخرون  لنعمة الله تعالى  التي لاتحصى ولاتتعدد من إبقائهم من سنة إلى سنة وهذه الذبيحة أيضا تكفر السيئات عنهم وهناك لابد بأن الإنسان يرتكب المعاصي  والمخالفات وهذه الأضحية  تكفر السيئات وهوشكر لله تعالى.

 العلم :ماهي شروط الأضحية وماهي الأشياء التي تذبح الأضحية ؟

 وصرح الشيخ سلطان إذا كان شاة تجزءأوتكفي من رجل واحد مع جميع أسرته الذي ينفق عليه ،وإذ كان بقرة أو من الجمال لسبعة أشخاص فقط مع جميع الأسر ومن جانب التوزيع ممكن أن توزع أكثر من الآلاف شخص  .،وأما التي  تجزء  من الأضحيىة ،هي من بهيمة الأنعام (الإبل والبقر والغنم) تقرباً إلى الله تعالى – في البلد الذي يقيم فيه المضحي – من بعد صلاة عيد النحر إلى آخر أيام التشريق (وهو يوم الثالث عشر من ذي الحجة) بنية الأضحية، قال تعالى: فصل لربك وانحر   في سورة الكوثر قال تعالى ( قل إن صلاتي ونسكي ومحياي ومماتي لله رب العالمين لا شريك له وبذلك أمرت وأنا أول المسلمين (ونسكي أي ذبحي)   في  سورة الأنعام أية 162.

 هناك شروط تضاف هي الأخرى ألا وهي سن الأضاحي من النعم الثلاثة    

بلوغها (السن المطلوبة)،في الضأن ستة أشهر وفي المعز سنة وفي البقر سنتان وفي الإبل خمس سنين.  

  يجب سلامتها من العيوب، لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم:  أربع لا يجزين في الأضاحي، العوراء البين عورها، المريضة البين مرضها، والعرجاء البين ظلعها، والعجفاء التي لا تنقي  صحيح، صحيح الجامع رقم 886. وهناك عيوب أخف من هذه لا تمنع الأجزاء ولكن يكره ذبحها كالعضباء (أي مقطوعة القرن والأذن) والمشقوقة الأذن … الخ، والأضحية قربة إلى الله، والله طيب لا يقبل إلا طيباً، ومن يعظم شعائر الله فإنها من تقوى القلوب.

حرمة بيعها: إذا تعينت الأضحية لم يجز بيعها ولا هبتها إلا أن يبدلها بخير منها.

العلم : ماهي وصيتكم بعد توضيح بأن الأضحية سنة مؤكدة  أوواجبة  حسب قول العلماءوماالذي  ينبغي أن يعمل المضحي في أضحيته ؟

يقول الشيخ سلطان بأن المضحي عليه أن يقسم اللحمة إلى ثلاثة أقسام وأن يجعل جزءا منها لنفسه  وعائلته وأسرته وأن يستحق أن يأكل منها مع أسرته ،وكذلك مع جيرانه  ومع المساكين والفقراء وخاصة في بلدنا  في الآونة الأخيرة يكثر النازحون  بسبب الحرب والجفاف ويجب عليه أعني المضحي بعين الإعتباربإغاثة الملهوف  وتقديم الدعم الللازم خلال  موسم المبارك   أن يأخذ

 العلم :كيف وجدتم  هذه السنة  لخدمات حجاج بيت الله الحرام  من قبل مجلس الأعلى للشؤون الإسلامية في أثيوبيا في مجال الإصلاح الإداري والتنظيم  ؟

أوضح الشيخ  سلطان إن أداء تنظيم  الخدمات للحجاج بيت الحرام أفضل وأحسن من أي وقت مضى لأن الحجاج  بفضل تنظيم المجلس الجديد لإنهاء أمور الحج  أوالمعاملات  بحيث لايتضرر الحجاج  في السفر من خروج إلى بيت وتحمل مشاق السفر و صرف من المصاريف الكثير ولذلك نظم المجلس  طريق الإكترونية وذلك عبروضع الفلوس لتكلفة الحج  في البنك وهم لا يأتون  من كل  المحافظات والمناطق  الافي موعد السفر  وكل شيئ  تتم في مناطقهم ونحن نتصلهم عبر الهاتف   موعد الإنطلاق  إلى بيت الله الحرام . ،وكان سابقا  ،كل الحجاج  ياتون من كل أطراف البلاد إلى أديس أبابا وعلى سبيل المثال هم من يأتي  من إقليم عفر،والصومال  وبني شنقول قموز ،وأرسي ،وبالى  وهرر ،ومقلى  وهم جر .ومن هنا يجلسوا  في أديس أبابا شهرا وأسبوعا  لأجل إنهاء أمور الحج  وكما ينفقون أموالهم في الفنادق إضافة مما يتعرضوا كثيرا من المشاكل السرقة واصطدام الحواث السيارات  من تنقل إلى أماكن أخرى  .وكل هذا  قد أزيلت عنهم  بفضل التنظيم وكل الحاج ينهي  معاملة الحج في بيته ومنطقته ومدينته ويضع الفلوس في البنك والبنك مأمون وضمان  على فلوسهم وكل هذا أزيلت عنهم  بفضل النتظيم ولامايأتي  الحجاج إلى أديس أباباإلابعدمابقي يوم أويومين لأجل السفر إلى بيت الحرام.

    وهناك أيضا  حين نسمع من بعض الحجاج الذين سافرواإلى بيت الحرام في مكة المكرمة   وفي المدينة  المنورة بأن الخدمات من الذين رافقوا معهم كانت خدمات  قوية  وفريدة من نوعهاوقد و قفوا أحسن الوقوف في مجال  الخدمات  وهم أناس أشداء وأقوياء،سواء كان باللغة ومعرفة المنطقة والآن حين سألنا من الحجاج  في مكة وفي المدينة  عبر الهاتف كانت الخدمات  طيبة وكل شيئ  متوفرة سواء كان من الطعام والشراب  والمبيت وكان الحجاج سابقا على شكل مبعثرة  وليس لهم  الخدمات الجيدة ،وكان سابقا الذين يذهبون مع الحجاج باسم الخدمات  لايستطيعون تقديم الخدمات الحجاج وتلبية رغباتهم من الحوائج ولايعرفون  أين الحجاج ولا أين صاروا ولامايعرفوا مشاكل الحجاج وأما هذا السنة  الحجاج مرتاحون  في جميع الخدمات .وكل عام وأنتم بخير  .
