**وعلى شعبنا أن لا ينسى خلال هذا العيد المبارك النازحين والمشردين عن أماكنهم ومنازلهم بسبب الحرب

أديس أبابا (العلم)  إن لعلماء الحبشة في نشر اللغة العربية والإسلام لهم دوركبير، لأن نقل العلم هو أعظم استثمار له، فبه وصل إلينا، وبه أيضًا يصل إلى غيرنا، وإن أعظم الأعمال هي تلك التي لم يقتصر نفعها على صاحبها، وإنما التي يتعدى نفعها إلى الآخرين.

كما أن نقل العلم وبيانه للناس هو أعظم حق له على العلماء الربانيين، فبه يتعلم الجاهل، ويرشد الضالّ، يقول الله سبحانه تعالى: { وَإِذْ أَخَذَ اللَّهُ مِيثَاقَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ لَتُبَيِّنُنَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَكْتُمُونَهُ} (آل عمران: 187). ومن هنا، فإن من أهم وسائل العلماء في سبيل تنشئة العلماء هو أن ينفعوا بعلمهم الآخرين؛ فينقلوه لهم ويورثوه إياهم، لتعم الفائدة، ويعود النفع على الأمة بأثرها.

وفي هذا الإطار أجرت صحيفة “العلم” حوارا مع أحد علماء العصر الأجلاء، وهو الدكتور جيلان خضر غمدا،نائب رئيس المجلس الأعلى للشؤون الإسلامية ونقدم نص الحوار لقراء هذه الصحيفة كالتالي: 

أولا: نبذة مختصرة عن سيرته:

عرف الدكتور جيلان خضر غمدا نبذة تاريخية عن سيرته حياته بإختصار شديد، وذلك، بعد تقديم الشكر والثناء على الله سبحانه وتعالى، والصلاة والسلام على رسوله وأصحابه الكرام ومن واله، وترحيب جريدة ” العلم ” بقوله: إن جريدة العلم الإثيوبية لها تاريخ طويل في نشر اللغة العربية والأخبار الإثيوبية باللغة العربية، وكنا نقرؤها نحن في الخارج والتي تأتي إلى السفارة الإثيوبية بجدة التي توزع هناك. كما قدم الشكر والتقدير لرئيس تحرير صحيفة العلم.

 ومن ثم سرد حديثه بأنه ولد في أرسي – بمنطقة ألبسو- وقال: ” أنا درست الحلقات العلمية في داخل البلاد، وعندي مشايخ كثيرة الذين تعلمت منهم الفنون العلمية المختلفة من الفقه ،والنحو،  والصرف، والبلاغة ، والمنطق،  والتفسير”.

ومن ثم إرتحلت إلى السعودية في عام 1393هـ الموافق 1965 بالتقويم الإثيوبي قبل إنطلاق ثورة الدرج بعدة أشهر فقط، وتابعت الدراسة، إلى أن أخذت الدكتورة في السعودية في مجال العقيدة الإسلامية، ورجعت إلى البلد  1415هـ الموافق 1978 بالتقويم الإثيوبي، ونزلت في أير طينا في مسجد الأنصار وكنت معلما ومدرسا لطلاب العلم.

ومن اسهاماته في مجال الكتب قال الدكتور جيلان إن هناك عددا من الكتب التي ألفتها وهي، نحو ثلاثين كتبا فلله الحمد بعضها مطبوعة وبعضها غير مطبوعة، المطبوعة منها: مجموعة الفتاوي لجمال الدين الآني عالم إثيوبي كبير التي أصدرها بعادات وتقاليد الإثيوبيين، وفي بعض الأحكام التي لا توجد إلا في هذا البلد. وهذا أيضا كتاب زمان الدين الآني، وهناك كتب أخرى كثيرة، مثل:-

الوقف الإسلامي وواقعه في إثيوبيا (الحبشة)

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الوقف الإسلامي وواقعه في إثيوبيا، حيث بدأ المؤلف بتعريف الوقف، وبيان مشروعيته، وتواتره عن الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم، وذكر أقوال العلماء في مشروعيته ومزاياه وآثاره في تنمية المجتمع، وحكمة مشروعيته، ثم أخذ يبحث في أركانه، وشروطه، وأحكامه، وأنواعه، وصوره، ومجالاته، وخصوصية هذه الأمة المحمدية بكثرة الأوقاف، ثم انتقل للحديث عن واقع الوقف في إثيوبيا، وصوره ومجالاته القليلة النادرة، ثم طرح تصورات مستقبلية للوقف في إثيوبيا، وبذلك ختم الدراسة.

 

و الدعاء ومنزلته من العقيدة الإسلامية

وكتاب فصلُ المقال في حقيقة البِدعة التي طال حولَها الجِدال (لَمَّا كان الإحداثُ في الدِّينِ مِن الأمورِ العِظامِ؛ لِما فيه من افتراءٍ على الشَّريعةِ، وطَمسٍ لمعالمِ الدِّينِ، واتِّباعٍ لغيرِ سَبيلِ المُؤمِنينَ- توالتِ المصَنَّفاتُ مِن أهل العِلمِ قديمًا وحديثًا في بيانِ حقيقةِ لبِدعةِ وضوابطِها، والحُكمِ الشرعيِّ فيها، فكانت هذه القضيةُ وجهةَ هذا الكتابِ.)

. وهذا أيضا كتاب ترجمة للشيخ محمد رافع …. الخ .

العلم: ما هو الغرض من إهداء هذه الكتب للمكتبة ؟

الدكتور جيلان: إن الغرض من إهدائي هذه الكتب للمكتبة الجديدة التي أسسها أبي أحمد هو تشجيع هذه المكتبة على توسيع العمل الثقافي والمعرفي، لان البلد لا تتطور إلا بالمعرفة والعلم والثقافة، لأن إنتشار الثقافة  تكون بوجود مثل هذه المكاتب بين الإنسان  الفقير والغني والطلبة على حد سواء. وأهم ما ينشر الثقافة والعلم بين الناس، وقد رأينا عندما نتجول في العالم مكتبات ضخمة منتشرة، ولا توجد مكتبات عامة في بلادنا بل قليلة جدا.

ولذا، ينبغي أن تشجع المكتبات العامة، لأن العلماء أو طلبة العلم في الجامعات أو المعاهد الذين لا يستطيعون شراء مثل هذه الكتب سيجدون ضلاتهم أو مهمتهم في مجال البحث وإجراء الدراسة في هذا المكان، وفي تجمع المثقفين ليحققوا رغباتهم فيها. كما أن إنتشار المكتبات فيها فوائد كثيرة، ولهذا، علينا أن نشجع ، وبالذات إذا كانت تقوم الدولة  بمثل هذه الأعمال، والوقوف بجانب المثقفين ، ولذلك، لا بد أن نسعى  في مثل هذه الأعمال.

العلم: بالنسبة لرمضان هذا العام ماهي ميزاته ؟

الدكتور جيلان: إن رمضان هذا العام له مميزات خاصة وجمال، ونحن دخلنا أول أمس في العشر الأواخر، ونسأل الله سبحانه وتعالى أن يتقبل منا صالح الأعمال وأن يوفقنا في هذه الأيام المباركة بالذات بالقيام، والحقيقة، فإنه قد مر سريعا ونحن مشغولون. وأن نتدارك فيما بقى، المهم النهاية وليس البداية. وعلينا أن نكمل العشر الأواخر، كما قالت عائشة رضي الله عنها إذا دخل العشر الأواخر شد مأزره – ومعنى ذلك الإجتهاد في عمل الخير كله-، وعلينا الصدقة والإحسان إلى الفقراء والمساكين وإطعام الجوعا وتفطير الصائمين  وغير من الصدقات .

العلم: بالنسبة لدعوة رئيس الوزراء ” العيد إلى العيد” لقضاء هذه الأوقات في البلاد، كيف وجدتم هذه الدعوة؟

إن هذا الدعوة ممتازة وفي محلها لتعزيز الحبل المتصلة والمرتبطة بين المغتربين في العالم والوطن الأم، ليروها بأنها قد تعافت وعادت له الحياة، وعليهم أن يزوروا وطنهم ومسقط رأسهم وأقاربهم، وأن يلتفوا إلى بعضهم البعض ويظهروا تضامنهم، ويعودوا إلى وطنهم الأصلي، على الرغم من كثرة المكايد والمؤامرات.

 وهذا الوصل يحتاج إلى وقوف وتلبية إحتياجات وطنهم، حيث إن أهم من يقف معه هم أبناؤه. وهذه الدعوة مناسبة في المجلس الإسلامي الأعلى حملة هذه الدعوة وترحيب القادمين والعائدين إلى وطنهم واستقبالهم بحفاوة، والتعاون معهم، والتشجيهم على هذا. لأن المغتربين يحتاجون إلى الدعوة والتوعية، ونحن مستعدون لإستقبالهم إذا جاؤوا …

العلم: أخيرا ما هي تهنئة العيد ؟

الدكتور جيلان: نهنئ جميع الإثيوبيين عامة وأتباع الدين الإسلامي خاصة بقيامه وصيام وأن يتقبل الله عليهم وعيد مبارك، وتقبل الله منا ومنكم صيام رمضان وقيامه وجميع الأعمال الصالحة، وأن يعيده الله علينا أعواما عديدة وبركات مديدة بالخير واليمن والبركة وأن يجعل عيدنا مباركا وأعمالنا مقبولة لديه. وعلى شعبنا أن لا ينسى خلال هذا العيد المبارك وبعده جيرانه والفقراء والمساكين والأيتام، وخصوصا النازحين والمشردين عن أماكنهم ومنازلهم بسبب الحرب والنزعات التي حدثت في البلاد وعلينا أن نقف إلى جنب بعضنا البعض في السراء والضراء، وأن ندخل الفرح والسرور إلى قلوبنا بعضنا البعض، حتى تعم الفرحة.

وهذا، ما يحبه الله سبحانه وتعالى، وشدد عليه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: بقوله: قال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: (ما آمن بي من بات شبعانَ وجاره جائعٌ إلى جنبِه وهو يعلم به).
هذا، كل عام وأنتم بخير
