اختتمت حلقة نقاش حول “إثيوبيا” ومعرض التصوير الفوتوغرافي الثالث عشر الذين نظمتهما مؤسسة الصحافة الإثيوبية في مدينة سمرا بإقليم عفار.

وركزت حلقة النقاش الثالثة عشرة التي عقدتها مؤسسة الصحافة الإثيوبية حول “إثيوبيا” المنعقدة في سمرا بإقليم عفار على موضوع “السلام والوحدة والسيادة في إثيوبيا”.

و قدم رئيس قسم التنظيم في مكتب حزب الازدهار في اقليم  عفار السيد محمد أحمد ،ورقة نقاش حول المنتدى تحت شعار “الوطن هو نتيجة الوحدة و السلام والسيادة “.

و قال إنه يجب علينا ان نفهم  أن هذه القضايا الثلاث هي ركائز الدولة وانه ينبغي تعزيزها جميعًا.

وأضاف محمد  إن السلام على وجه الخصوص له قيمة كبيرة ، ولكن عندما يكون هناك سلام ، فإننا غالبًا لا ننتبه إليه وقال “نحن نعلم قيمة فقدان السلام ، لذلك يجب أن نفهم هذه الحقيقة ونحافظ على السلام ونعززه”.

وقال السيد محمد إن الوحدة الوطنية لا يمكن ضمانها بدون سلام.

واضاف السيد محمد ان تاريخنا جميعا متشابك ومترابط مع بعضه البعض و بما أن هذه الحقيقة غير قابلة للتغيير فانه  إذا كانت هناك مشكلة ،فعلينا حلها بالتسامح والوحدة ، من اجل الحفاظ على الوحدة الوطنية والسلام.

وقال ” لايوجد سيادة وطنية  بدون السلام والوحدة”.

واشار الي انه يجب تسليط الضوء على الأشياء الجيدة و زيادة الاصوات التي تدعو إلى الوحدة و أنه عندما يمكننا القيام بذلك ، سيتم تأكيد السيادة الوطنية لاثيوبيا.

وقال الحاج أول أربا رئيس إقليم عفار حلقة النقاش في كلمته الختامية أن كل ثمن يجب دفعه من أجل السلام يجب أن يُدفع ؛ وأوضح أن ثمن السلام باهظ بناء على تجربة إثيوبيا في العامين الماضيين.

وقال رئيس الإقليم إن الإثيوبيين رأوا فائدة السلام والوحدة في العامين الماضيين. وقال إنه يجب حماية السلام الذي تم تحقيقه.

وقال الحاج أول أربا إن السلام هو سيادة القانون ، وهو العدل ، وهو أيضا مسألة إقامة حكم جيد. قد تنشأ الخلافات فجأة ، لكن من المناسب التعامل مع الخلافات بشئ من الحكمة والجلوس معا ومناقشتها.

وذكر الحاج أول أن هناك ثقافة حوار  قوية من جانب عفار  في هذه الحقبة ، وخاصة أثناء الحرب ، مكّنت من تعزيز الوحدة  وحماية وحدة أراضي إثيوبيا وسيادتها وتبادل التجربة في المنطقة مع الجمهور.

في ملاحظاته الختامية أشار الشماس دانئيل كبرت إلى وجوب إيلاء اهتمام كبير لمعارف وثقافة السكان الأصليين.

واضاف انه إذا كانت الخبرة والمعرفة التي نحضرها من الغرب والشرق مهمة ، فهي ليست كل شيء ، وانه لا يجب محاولة تطبيقها خارج السياق لان ذلك لا يمكن أن يحقق التنمية.

 وأوضح أنه من الممكن الحفاظ على الوحدة الوطنية من خلال الاهتمام بالعروض الوطنية مثل عفار.

واشار إلى أن الدولة هي نتيجة الأفكار ، وانه يجب أن يكون مفهوماً أن الدولة لا يمكن أن توجد بدون أفكار الشخص ، ويجب أن يكون مفهوماً أن تطبيق الفكرة الصحيحة له قيمة كبيرة لبقاء البلد.

ومن جانبه أوضح الدكتور مهرت دببي أنه عندما تدخل دولة في مشكلة بأفكار وروايات خاطئة ، يجب تصحيحها وتصحيحها بالطريقة السليمة.

أوضح السيد يشيواس في ورقته أنه حتى الدولة التي تعاني من مشكلة أفضل من دولة بدون قانون، وانه يجب دائمًا إعطاء الأولوية لتطبيق هذا القانون. وأن إنفاذ القانون والمناقشة هي القضايا التي يجب أن تسير جنبا إلى جنب.
