We expect relationships should be harmonious all the time but they might not be. People with different mindsets may come together and get in to controversies… During this time you should be wise and be flexible on your demands or choices. This will benefit you in different walks of life. If you always want get your way you will be frustrated in the end. Some people might think that being flexible in their choices is being a people pleaser which is not the case.
Being a people pleaser means having no personal values in life but being flexible means negotiating and also keeping your values to yourself. When you adhere to respecting people’s values and beliefs without letting go of your own… you will then be a negotiator, a peace keeper!
