Too much for joy and happiness Too much for heartbreak and sadness Bipolar makes you feel these situations And disrupts all of your relations Creates depression and illusions You trust nobody not even your own self You can’t enjoy life without being obsessed You dream of ending your life But then find reasons to survive Your satisfaction gets sucked away There is no way to be grateful every day What do you do in these situations? When there are almost no solutions? People tell you to do this and that But this doesn’t change the fact That bipolar is almost a done deal You live your whole life being mentally ill It’s specific reasons aren’t known yet Science has found it hard to get So even though it’s hard to manage It varies with people and age But if you have bipolar disorder Make sure your life is in a sensible order So the illness doesn’t get harder Healthy Diet, sleep and exercise are crucial And avoid stress as much as possible You need to know yourself carefully So you can reach where you want successfully.
