ADDIS ABABA – After demoted from the Ethiopian Premier League two years ago the Southern Hadiya Hosana side are close to return to the elite league at the end of the Group C national League.
They are now on top of the group on 35 points. Their Coach Girma Bekele vows his side will return to elite league in the coming season.
Despite this, other clubs in the elite league are demanding a structural change for the EPL. The demand gained ground following the withdrawal of Dedebit citing a financial constraint which is a serious problem for all participating sides.
