Ambassador Girma confers with head of Turkish Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee
Ambassador Girma Temesgen, Ethiopia’s ambassador to Turkey, has met and discussed with Akif Cagatay Kilic, the head of the Turkish Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee, on Thursday about current developments in the Tigray region.
At the occasion, Akif Cagatay Kilic reiterated that his country attaches a great value to its relationship with Ethiopia and closely follows the situations in the country, as to the Ministry of Foreign Affiars.
He also expressed hope that the country would further strengthen the restored peace and normalcy of life in the region.
Their discussion also included ways to create strong relationships between members of the parliaments of Ethiopia and Turkey.
