Bureau set to inaugurate first ever multifaceted bus station in Shegole

ADDIS ABABA – The Addis Ababa Administration Transport bureau announced that it has set to inaugurate the Shegole Depo that it has been constructed with an outlay of 555 million Birr budget today.

According to the a press release from the Bureau, the first of its kind modern multifaceted bus station has a capacity of holding 250-300 buses all at once with full services including of garage and maintenance, car wash and gas station.

The Shegole depot is said to offer modern car wash service in less than 2 minutes with cleaning and drying car washer machine technology services. It also has a capacity to give car body paint service for 3 buses all at once.

Deputy Mayor Takele Uma is expected to inaugurate the station along with distinguished Federal and Addis Ababa chiefs and guests. The depot which took almost three years to construct and complete by the Chinese company CSCL is expected to help alleviate the transportation problem of the city.
