Upon arrival at Waqo Gutu Airport, Robe, the diplomats were warmly received by local officials.
The visit brought together more than 20 foreign ambassadors and members of the diplomatic corps based in Addis Ababa.
According to the information from the Ministry, the visit follows a reception held in Addis Ababa for the ambassadors, where the itinerary for the tour was officially launched.
Tourism State Minister, Sileshi Girma, has briefed the guests about Ethiopia’s tourism potential and highlighted the immense attractions of Bale Mountains National Park and its wonderful topography, ideal for vacation hiking.
