The Ethiopian Government prioritizes solving and correcting unnecessary bureaucracies that create burdens for our citizens in service delivery. Continuing our commitment to modernizing services, we inaugurated a new centralized service center, Mesob Centralized Service Center.
Three key features mark the new center. The first is the transformation of an old and deteriorated building into a modern and aesthetically pleasing structure that enhances the working environment.
Second, the deployment of locally developed software aiming at streamlining and coordinating services. The third key feature is the deployment of capable and dignified young professionals who are prepared to provide high-quality services.
Twelve institutions have now begun offering 40 different services under the newly developed system. This enables citizens to save time and access services in a more efficient and effective manner.
