تعهد رئيس الوزراء ، أبي أحمد، بالوفاء بالالتزامات الواردة باتفاق السلام الذي وقعته الحكومة مع “جبهة تحرير تجراي” في نوفمبر الماضي وبالفعل بدات اثيوبيا في تنفيذ اتفاق السلام بحذافيره .
نعم تتوالى الحكومة الإثيوبية خطوات باتجاه تثبيت اتفاق السلام، الموقع مع “جبهة تحرير تجراي”، في نوفمبر الماضي، آخرها استئناف الخطوط الجوية، رحلاتها المنتظمة إلى مدينة مقلي و شيري بإقليم تجراي الشمالي، التي تم تعليقها لأكثر من عامين وعملية تسليم الأسلحة الثقيلة من قبل جبهة تحرير تجراي ، للقوات الفدرالية الاثيوبية بصورة ناجحة في منطقة تسمي “معسكر أغولا” الواقعة على بعد حوالي 36 كيلومترا شمال شرقي مدينة مقلي عاصمة إقليم تجري ان دل انما تدل علي مدي حرص الطرفين علي ارساء السلام في ربوع البلاد .
مما لا شك فيه تقوم الحكوممة بتنفيذ وعدها بالتنفيذ الفعال لاتفاقية السلام، التي تتضمن استعادة كافة الخدمات الأساسية إلى الإقليم، وتسهيل وصول المساعدات الإنسانية، لسكان الإقليم تجراي،
وأكدت تقارير صحفية يوم الاربعاء عن مصادر حكومية أن الإجراء يأتي وفقاً لـ”وعد الحكومة الفيدرالية بالتنفيذ الفعال لاتفاقية السلام” التي تتضمن استعادة كافة الخدمات الأساسية إلى الإقليم، وتسهيل وصول المساعدات الإنسانية، لسكان تجراي، وعلم انه أكثر من مليوني شخص في تجراي تلقوا مساعدات غذائية منذ اتفاق السلام (نيروبي) واكدت وكالة الأمم المتحدة الإنسانية في إثيوبيا إن كمية متزايدة من المساعدات الإنسانية استمرت في الوصول إلى اقليم تجراي بعد اتفاق السلام في تشرين الثاني / نوفمبر. في أحدث تقرير أصدره ، قال مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية (UNOCHA) إن معدلات سوء التغذية حرجة ومرتفعة بشكل ينذر بالخطر”في الفترة ما بين منتصف تشرين الثاني / نوفمبر من العام الماضي ، عقب اتفاق وقف الأعمال العدائية ، ونهاية كانون الأول / ديسمبر ، تم إدخال أكثر من 3000 شاحنة محملة بالمواد الغذائية ، بالإضافة إلى خدمات الصحة والمأوى والمياه وغيرها من الإمدادات ، إلى المنطقة عبر أربعة طرق. ممرات “، قال مكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية. علمت سودان تريبيون أنها قامت خلال الأسبوع الأخير من شهر ديسمبر وحده بمساعدة 368000 شخص في تجراي بإرسال بعض الإمدادات الصحية والتغذوية عن طريق الجو. وذكر تقرير الوكالة أنه “منذ منتصف نوفمبر تم توزيع المواد الغذائية على أكثر من 2.2 مليون شخص” . “
وكانت الخطوط الجوية الإثيوبية قد استأنفت الأسبوع الماضي، ايضا رحلاتها إلى مدينة مقلي عاصمة إقليم تجراي ومدينة شيري، عقب يوم من زيارة وفد من المسؤولين الحكوميين ورؤساء المؤسسات العامة إلى مقلي للبحث في تنفيذ اتفاق السلام المبرم بين الحكومة الاتحادية و “جبهة تحرير تجراي ” لدليل اخر علي مدى اثبات الحكومة الاثيوبية لتنفيذ اتفاق السلام علي ارض الواقع وان دل انما يدل علي ان الاثيوبيين يستطعون حل خلافاتهم في داخل البيت الاثيوبي .
وينص الاتفاق على نزع سلاح “جبهة تحرير تجراي” وقالت الحكومة الفدرالية أن لجنة مشتركة مكلفة بوضع خطة مفصلة لنزع سلاح الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير تجراي بدأت عملها وانهت من إعداد الخطة يوم الثلاثاء الماضي .
وأعلنت الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير تجراي يوم الثلاثاء بدء تسليم أسلحتهم الثقيلة تنفيذا لأحد البنود الرئيسية في اتفاق السلام الذي أبرموه مع أديس أبابا قبل أكثر من شهرين لإنهاء الحرب في الإقليم الواقع في شمال إثيوبيا.
وقال غيتاتشو رضا، المتحدث باسم المتمردين في بيان له اليوم الأربعاء: “إقليم تجراي سلم أسلحته الثقيلة في إطار التزامه بتنفيذ اتفاق بريتوريا”، الذي وقع في 2 نوفمبر بين الحكومة الفدرالية والمتمردين.
وأضاف: “نأمل ونتوقع أن يساهم هذا الأمر بقوة في تسريع التنفيذ الكامل للاتفاق.”.
ونص اتفاق بريتوريا خصوصا على نزع سلاح الجبهة ، وعودة السلطات الفدرالية الإثيوبية إلى تجراي،
وخلال حفل للتسليم، قال مولوجيتا جبري كريستوس ممثل قوات دفاع تجراي إن بدء نزع السلاح سيلعب دورا رئيسيا في استعادة السلام.
وأضاف في كلمة أذاعها تلفزيون تجراي “نعمل انطلاقا من اعتقادنا أنه إذا أردنا أن نحقق السلام فيجب ألا يكون ما يفتح الباب للاستفزاز موجودا. السلام أمر حيوي لنا جميعا”.
وقال أليمي تاديسي ممثل الجيش الإثيوبي “نحن جميعا (جزء) من إثيوبيا واحدة. لقد انتقلنا نحن وقوات الدفاع عن تجراي من مواقعنا الدفاعية بسلام وتفاهم ومحبة”.
وفي وقت سابق، بدأت الشرطة الفدرالية الإثيوبية الانتشار في عاصمة إقليم تجراي، في إطار اتفاق السلام الموقع بين الحكومة المركزية والقوات المحلية بالإقليم.
وهذا دليل على التزام الحكومة بالسلام، وليس هذا فحسب بل سينقل عملية السلام إلى فصل جديد بين ابناء الوطن الواحد .
