የአዲስ አበባ የቴክኒክና ትምህርት ሥልጠና ቢሮ ኃላፊ ወይዘሮ ሀቢባ ሲራጅ ለኢትዮጵያ ፐሬስ ድርጅት እንደገለጹት፤ ቢሮው ከተልዕኮው አንጻር አንዱ የቴክኖሎጂ ውድድር በማዘጋጀት ቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ማድረግ ነው። ያለው ነባራዊ ሁኔታ አዳዲስ ቴክኖሎጂ ከመፍጠር ባሻገር የተቀዱ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን ማበረታታትና ወደ ሥራ ማስገባት አስፈላጊ ነው። የአደጉ ሀገራት ፈጥረዋቸው ያለፏቸውን ቴክኖሎጂዎች ወደ ኢትዮጵያ እንዲቀዱ በማድረግ ለኢንዱስትሪዎች እንዲያሸጋግሩ ማድረግ ይጠበቃል።

እንደ ወይዘሮ ሀቢባ ገለጻ፤ ኢንዱስትሪዎች አንዱን ማሽን ከመቶ በላይ በማባዛት ለገበያ በማቅረብ የአምራቹን ዘርፍ ውጤታማ ማድረግ ያስፈልጋል። ከውጭ የሚገቡ ምርቶችን መተካት ላይ ውስንነት አለ። እስካሁን ከፈለቁ ቴክኖሎጂዎች 56 በመቶ ገደማ የሚሆኑት ብቻ ወደ ኢንዱስትሪው ተሸጋግረዋል። ይህን ለማሻሻል የማስተዋወቅና የበለጠ መሥራት አስፈላጊ ነው።

በየአመቱ የሚሠሩ የፈጠራ ቴክኖሎጂዎች እያደጉ መሆኑን የጠቆሙት ቢሮ ኃላፊዋ፤ የቴክኖሎጂ ኢንዱስትሪ ትስስሩ የሚለካው በሚሠራው የማስተዋወቅ ተግባርና ወደ ውጤት መቀየር ላይ ሲሠራ ነው። የቴክኖሎጂዎች ድጋፍ የሚፈልጉ 12 ሺ አነስተኛ፣ ጥቃቅንና መካከለኛ ኢንዱስትሪዎች አሉ። እነዚህም በቢሮ ደረጃ እየተደገፉ ነው። እነዚህ በየጊዜው ማሽን ይፈልጋሉ። እነዚህ ድጋፍ ሲደረግላቸው የራሳቸው ምርት በማስተዋወቅ ቴክኖሎጂው በብዛት እንዲፈለግ ማድረግ ነው ብለዋል።

የቴክኖሎጂ የፈጠራ ባለሙያዎችን ከማበረታታት ባሻገር የተፈጠረው ቴክኖሎጂ ወደ ኢንዱስትሪ ማሸጋገር ላይ በሰፊው እየተሠራ መሆኑን የገለጹት ቢሮ ኃላፊዋ፤ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ኢንተርፕራዞችን ወደመካከለኛ ደረጃ አንቀሳቃሾች በማሸጋገር ማባዛት ያስፈልጋል፤ ለዚህ ደግሞ ኢንዱስትሪዎች የፈጠራ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን ወስደው ማባዛትና ጥቅም ላይ እንዲያውሉ በማድረግ ከውጭ በምንዛሬ የሚገባውን ምርት መተካት ላይ መሥራት አለባቸው። ስለሆነም የአዳዲስ ቴክኖሎጂዎች ውጤት የሚለካው ተባዝተው ወደ ውጤት ማስመዝገብ ሲችሉ በመሆኑ ተጠናክሮ ቀጥሏል ሲሉም ተናግረዋል።

ከዚህ በፊት በኢንዱስትሪዎች የነበረው የጥራት ችግር መሆኑን የጠቆሙት ወይዘሮ ሀቢባ፤ ከውጭ የሚገቡት የመለዋወጫ ዕቃ፣ ካልሆነ በስተቀር በመተማመን ሀገር ውስጥ ምርትን ወስዶ መሥራት ላይ ክፍተቶች ነበሩ ያሉት ወይዘሮ ሀቢባ፤ አሁን ላይ ውስንነቶቹ እየተቀረፉ ነው፤ በቴክኒክና ሙያ ተቋማት የሚመረቱ ቴክኖሎጂዎች ተፈላጊነታቸው እየጨመረ ነው፤ ይህንንም ማጎልበት አስፈላጊ ነው ብለዋል።

የውጭ ምንዛሬ እጥረት በመኖሩ ጭምር የሀገር ውስጥ ምርትን እንዲጠቀሙ አድርጓል ያሉት ወይዘሮ ሀቢባ፤ ከኢንዱስትሪው ጋር ተቀራርቦ ለመሥራት በየሦስት ወሩ የጋራ መድረክ እንዲኖር እቅድ ተይዞ እየተሠራ ነው ሲሉም ጠቅሰዋል። ሁልጊዜም ፈጠራን በማበረታታት ዘርፉ ተወዳዳሪና ችግር ፈቺ እንዲሆን መሥራት ያስፈልጋል ሲሉም ተናግረዋል።
